About OpusCDM

Some of our brands – Epson (India, Australian, UK), Seiko watches, Bugatti shoes (Europe, India), Simply Sofas, Astor Mueller (global), Hands carpets (Asia), the Bren Corporation, Littlearth Hospitality, and TrueSouth beverages, amongst others.

Based in Bangalore, we comprise 32 young men and women, across Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Media and Development, Creative, Content and Film, and eCommerce Management. Our work culture is driven by openness, performance, and collaboration.

As a Graphic Designer at OpusCDM, you are responsible for a brand’s communication and will execute unique ideas through creative ability, design software, and real-time Film and Photo shoots. The opportunity at OpusCDM is to grow significantly with high quality, visible work, and exposure to proven practices in ideation, creative execution, branding and designing for various communication media.


Responsibilities
  • Create and visualise fresh, contemporary and unique ideas for brands
  • Design concepts, layouts and graphic content for advertising, collateral, websites, films, events and other key brand communication
  • Convert design idea to delivery and final artwork
  • Involvement in artistic direction of Photo shoots and Film shoots

You will explore unique creative ideas through conceptual thinking, insightful writing, creative problem-solving and collaboration. As a Brand Services (Account Management, Client Servicing) Deputy Manager at OpusCDM, you will play a key role in the organisation, bridging communication between the client and team. You will independently manage the client account, and make key decisions on the marketing campaigns, communications and plans of the brand. You will be supported by internal specialists in digital marketing, film, media planning and creative, helping you build personal efficiency and professional growth. At OpusCDM, the exposure to high quality work and proven practices in brand development, marketing and multi-platform communication is significant.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the organisation, bridging technology with creative. You will independently handle digital assets of our clients using the latest in web technologies. You will be supported by internal specialists in digital marketing and creative, helping you build personal efficiency and professional growth. At OpusCDM, the exposure to high quality work and proven practices in creative web development and multi-platform exposure is significant.


Responsibilities
  • Development of responsive websites, eCommerce platforms and alternative web-design media applications
  • Write programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet creative requirements
  • Work on frameworks for the development of responsive web designs, and to test and identify technical problems and to optimize it
  • Develop new-age website content, layouts, graphics, and enhancements by collaborating with copywriters and graphic designers
  • Protect the site by designing and installing security precautions
  • Develop CMS modules when required

Requirements
  • A work portfolio with a range of examples that demonstrate strong PHP/ HTML 5/ CSS/ JS/ ecommerce ability

As a Manager, Internet / Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for running brand and lead generation campaigns across social media, Google, Amazon & other ad/content networks (DSP/DMP). The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and executing overall strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts, for all of our Client Projects across various verticals/categories. A creative marketing mindset.
Will be working across all levels and departments to achieve a common goal.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary:

  • Responsible for Email Marketing, Lead Generation using all forms of digital channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs, Pinterest, Google, Youtube.)
  • Implement, Analyze, track progress and finetune SEO, SEM, SMM, Network campaigns.
  • Online Media Planning, Implementing & delivering innovative paid marketing campaigns, strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customers for business expansion.
  • Reporting, dashboarding, performance review and optimization of all campaigns. Generate actionable reports using the tools available.
  • Online media buying across other portals, networks, distribution services.
  • Planning and implementation of new campaigns that boost omni channel sales.
  • Coordinate with the clients and their marketing, communications team to achieve the desired results & ROI.

Secondary:

  • Identifying market opportunities, consumer insights, competition analysis and taking appropriate action to tap them.

As a Social Media Specialist, you are responsible for creating digital experiences that resonate with audiences & brands across various categories/industries.
Understand diverse segments, consumers and markets like Dubai, Singapore, UK etc.
Work efficiently and in cohesion with the team to contribute and develop ideas for engaging content.
Drive engagement and positive consumer behaviour by developing strategies that work across multiple social platforms.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Will need to develop insightful, creative and smart content plan & strategy that works with the brands objectives, across multiple social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
  • Evaluate, research and analyze content performance, web trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape and other available data to monitor effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions.
  • Identify the right set of influencers for collaboration and further engagement.
  • Creating innovative buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored events.
  • Implement best practices and quality assurance standards across all the digital projects.
  • Prepare monthly growth and performance reports for clients/brands.

Skills & Experience, Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing communication, advertising, digital media, business, english, creative writing, or similar fields.
  • 2-3 years of social media content at the agency or brand level.
  • Proven creative, digital copywriting portfolio with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media listening/monitoring tools and other social analytical reporting tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO.

We are on the lookout for someone who is smart, witty and is an active socially engaging individual.

Across the years, we’ve had several interns from different colleges and universities, with varied interests - creative and design, management, media, digital and research. Internships can span upto 4 months, depending on purpose and country. We’ve had interns from Germany, Iran, Thailand
