Architect (2 - 2.5 years experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an architect who will primarily work with the design team on projects from concept design to completion of architectural projects. The candidate would be involved in designing and evolving concepts for architectural projects.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2-2.5 years’ work experience.
Proficient skill level in AutoCAD.
Proficient skill level in SketchUp and V-Ray.
Familiarity with large- and small-scale projects, both renovation and new construction.

Our Expectations

We are hiring an Architect with 2-2.5 years’ experience. An important part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Understanding the scope of clients’ program requirements, standards, and policies in order to successfully implement them
Creating presentation and design documents.
Creating, implementing, and correcting detail working drawings.
Finish materials selection, research, and documentation; up to date knowledge of materials.
Perform project site visits in Bangalore as well as outstation projects.
Participating in client meetings on site or in the office.
Able to delegate and explain tasks to junior level staff.
