Type: This G+4 structure was conceived as a residential complex housing 130 apartment units of 2 and 3 BHK configurations. The car parking was housed in the basement factoring about 180 cars. The units were spread across 7 acres, all of them aligned around a central open-to-sky court. The project also featured a pool, health club and a common entertainment space. The low rise structure enhanced the overall quality of community living.
