Type: This was a project conceived on 4 acres of land adjoining the outer ring road, the IT hub of Bangalore. The project comprised of about 150 residential apartment units across a basement G+3 structure. A combination of 2 and 3 BHK units were zoned across 7 acres located linearly. About 200 car parks were accommodated in the basement and a pool with a health club along with indoor games were among the other amenities.
