As a Graphic Designer at OpusCDM, you are responsible for a brand’s communication and will execute unique ideas through creative ability, design software, and real-time Film and Photo shoots. The opportunity at OpusCDM is to grow significantly with high quality, visible work, and exposure to proven practices in ideation, creative execution, branding and designing for various communication media.


Responsibilities
  • Create and visualise fresh, contemporary and unique ideas for brands
  • Design concepts, layouts and graphic content for advertising, collateral, websites, films, events and other key brand communication
  • Convert design idea to delivery and final artwork
  • Involvement in artistic direction of Photo shoots and Film shoots
  • Understand the brand and the brief
  • Meet deadlines skilfully
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in the Communication Arts industry

Requirements
  • Portfolio of design work that represents true ability
  • High level of expertise and knowledge of design tools – Adobe suite, Corel suite

Client Servicing Internship

Responsibilities

1. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
2. Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person  
3. Identifying and resolving client queries 
4. Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client jobs and communications 5. Briefing and coordinating with the internal creative team to get the client job done 
6. Following up with the internal creative team on timely delivery 
7. Maintaining client records and updating job tracker

Heading the functional role, we are looking for a strategic thinker with a love of media and advertising. In this position, you would create, execute and manage successful media plans that support our client’s goals and financial restrictions. You would also conduct market research and data analysis to pinpoint target

audiences and find effective advertising mediums including emerging media to reach them. You would also negotiate media costs and placements to ensure cost-effective campaigns with the highest return on investment. Proficient in using media planning tools and software and have a deep understanding of the advertising industry and its trends.


Responsibilities
  • Possess hands-on expertise in TV, OOH media, Print, and Radio.
  • Proficient in media planning tools like YUMI (TV Planning Tool), AIS (formerly AdEx), IRS, ABC, and other media research and measurement tools.
  • Understand Digital and emerging media trends, along with their role in the consumer journey.
  • Manage Media Planning, Buying, and Campaign Execution for brands.
  • Ensure timely invoicing of campaigns and maintain billing accuracy.
  • Track and measure campaign performance based on agreed KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct competition analyses, tactical planning, mid-term evaluations, post-campaign evaluations, and create comprehensive campaign evaluation reports.
  • Contribute to new client pitches by providing relevant data, content, strategies, and insights.
  • Creative approach to exploring innovative media and communication methods.
  • Work closely with our creative and account teams to ensure that media plans align with client goals and messaging,

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Media or Advertising.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, YT, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others.
  • Propose and brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Prepare schedule/plan and execute the creatives with the help of art team.
  • Creating posts from scratch with captions and using posting tools like hashtags, keywords, location etc for wider reach and engagement.
  • Strong grammar, punctuation, spelling, proofreading and paraphrasing skills.
  • Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns.
  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and client property programmes.
  • Work with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.
  • Prepare monthly reports and campaign report based on analytics and insights.
  • Research on social media innovations, trends and tools.
  • Manage social media communications for all clients as well engage with audience and repost UGC.
  • Manage content for all the social media platforms irrespective of posts, stories, reels.
  • Make storyboard, assist in shoots, events for social media.
  • Manage influencer/celebrity campaigns

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-5yrs upto 8 years experience in social media
  • Education Qualification- Masters in Media and Communication or Journalism/Digital Marketing/Advertising (Preffered).
  • Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism/Digital Marketing/ Advertising.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Management Skills, Analytical Skills, Documentation Skills, Dedication, Consistency, Team Player, Ability to meet Deadlines, Focused, Organised and Responsible, Ability to Self-Motivate with little or no supervision, Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Plus point: Has a practical knowledge of photoshop or video editing softwares desktop/mobile.

Responsibilities
  • Need to understand the technical and storytelling side of editing.
  • Proficiency in softwares like Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • 3D Modelling is not mandatory. It's a bonus though.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Should have 4 to 7 years of experience in Video editing.
