As a Graphic Designer at OpusCDM, you are responsible for a brand’s communication and will execute unique ideas through creative ability, design software, and real-time Film and Photo shoots. The opportunity at OpusCDM is to grow significantly with high quality, visible work, and exposure to proven practices in ideation, creative execution, branding and designing for various communication media.


Responsibilities
  • Create and visualise fresh, contemporary and unique ideas for brands
  • Design concepts, layouts and graphic content for advertising, collateral, websites, films, events and other key brand communication
  • Convert design idea to delivery and final artwork
  • Involvement in artistic direction of Photo shoots and Film shoots
  • Understand the brand and the brief
  • Meet deadlines skilfully
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in the Communication Arts industry

Requirements
  • Portfolio of design work that represents true ability
  • High level of expertise and knowledge of design tools – Adobe suite, Corel suite
  • Keen to pursue growth and learn new skills in design communication
  • Has worked in a team, appreciates collaboration
  • Interest in the art world, advertising and consumer behaviour
  • Ability to sketch concepts is a distinct advantage
  • Has other passions, hobbies or interests apart from design and advertising

EXPERIENCE 

Work experience of up to 7 years
Freshers with an Art or Design degree, or proven artistic Software skills

Across the years, we’ve had several interns from different colleges and universities, with varied interests - creative and design, management, media, digital and research. Internships can span upto 4 months, depending on purpose and country. We’ve had interns from Germany, Iran, Thailand


Client Servicing Internship

Responsibilities

1. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
2. Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person  
3. Identifying and resolving client queries 
4. Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client jobs and communications 5. Briefing and coordinating with the internal creative team to get the client job done 
6. Following up with the internal creative team on timely delivery 
7. Maintaining client records and updating job tracker

Skills Required

1. Good interpersonal skills
2. Ability to communicate effectively 
3. Attention to detail and documentation
4. Ability to multi-task and be organised. 
5. Basic MS Office or Google suite software

Heading the functional role, we are looking for a strategic thinker with a love of media and advertising. In this position, you would create, execute and manage successful media plans that support our client’s goals and financial restrictions. You would also conduct market research and data analysis to pinpoint target

audiences and find effective advertising mediums including emerging media to reach them. You would also negotiate media costs and placements to ensure cost-effective campaigns with the highest return on investment. Proficient in using media planning tools and software and have a deep understanding of the advertising industry and its trends.


Responsibilities
  • Possess hands-on expertise in TV, OOH media, Print, and Radio.
  • Proficient in media planning tools like YUMI (TV Planning Tool), AIS (formerly AdEx), IRS, ABC, and other media research and measurement tools.
  • Understand Digital and emerging media trends, along with their role in the consumer journey.
  • Manage Media Planning, Buying, and Campaign Execution for brands.
  • Ensure timely invoicing of campaigns and maintain billing accuracy.
  • Track and measure campaign performance based on agreed KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct competition analyses, tactical planning, mid-term evaluations, post-campaign evaluations, and create comprehensive campaign evaluation reports.
  • Contribute to new client pitches by providing relevant data, content, strategies, and insights.
  • Creative approach to exploring innovative media and communication methods.
  • Work closely with our creative and account teams to ensure that media plans align with client goals and messaging,
  • Manage and mentor team members to support their career growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Media or Advertising.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
